Long story short - USPS sucks. If they lose a package or don’t update their tracking number it’s a nightmare trying to talk to someone that can help.
This created a bad experience for us and our amazing customers like you.
Because we are committed to providing the best customer service possible, we’ve cut ties with USPS and are now using UPS as our shipping partner.
We now have the following shipping options:
- Free UPS Ground
- UPS Second Day Air - $9.99
- UPS 3 day Select - $4.99
We switched to UPS about three weeks ago and have been very happy with their speed and customer support.
If you have a P.O. Box, we can still deliver to you USPS.
