It fits though requires a Phillips. Don’t fret like I did, contact Holosun support and they’ll send you out a battery tray with a screw attached. That way you continue with one tool instead of adding another to your bag of tricks.
The screws were a perfect replacement for my Holosun 507k. They are Phillips instead of a flat.

With a small dab of blue loc tight they work great. the cross tip works better than the flat tip when torquing the screw also.

Screws fit as expected on my Holosun 507c. I was able to tighten the screw down without it stripping. That’s all I’m really concerned with.

The second set of screws you provided me still do not serve to secure the
Battery tray on my Holosun 407k x2 red dot. The threads on the screws are
simply too short to screw properly into the battery tray frame. I do not believe
this is your fault. I believe this is the fault of Holosun, with their preposterous
battery tray attachment problem on their red dot. In the future, I will only purchase
equipment from reasonable and reputable red dot scope vendors.
