Holosun EPS/EPS Carry Battery Tray Screw Replacement Screw Set

I was at the range (April 2025) when the battery tray, battery, and battery tray screw popped out of my EPS Carry Red Dot. I found anll of the red dot components except the battery tray screw. I called and emailed Holosun for a replacement, however they had slow and disinterested customer service representatives (took me multiple follow up emails to get them to do their job). I immediately purchased the replacement screws from Freedom Gorilla and they arrived quickly and worked perfectly. They just needed some thread lock. Holosun’s backup screw arrived 12 days AFTER Freedom Gorilla’s screws. I definitely recommend people give Freedom Gorilla a try as I was skeptical at first (small unknown website) but ended up being impressed by their product.

I just installed one of these this evening. I first attempted to use a competitor's replacement screw for my battery tray door and it was difficult because such a tiny hex key was needed. I did not happen to have the hex key for that size while I was at the range, so, instead, I reached for the Freedom Gorilla cross tip replacement screw, and it was vastly easier to install with common tools. I put a couple of drops of vibra type thread locker on it and everything was secure.

I lost a battery tray screw at the range and the was told by the workers there that Freedom Gorilla was the best place to look for replacement parts. The same day I ordered the parts and it arrived in the mailbox in less than a week. Good as new!

This is not the proper size screw for the EPS Carry. It bottoms before the shoulder is fully seated/the top is flush. That said, it does "work" in that it will keep the battery door in, so I am keeping the screws as backup in case my primary flies loose again. But I will be ordering a different brand for everyday use.
