M4 Screws for EPS/EPS Carry - Set of 4 (Please Read Description)
This was the only place I could fine the M4 screw with the correct torx 10 head. Everywhere else has the right threads but the head was either a T15 or Philips which were too large to fit flat on the holding optic.

Fits perfect. Came with everything. Fit my G45 with the Holosun 507K. Literally a slap on no need for shading or cutting.
I used the long screw on the left and the short one on the right. The gun runs great with no malfunctions.
Easy to use. Green dot is easy to see.
I was not sure if this tool would be useful for me or not but it has proven to be worth while already. I used it to adjust the Holosun that is mounted on my Springfield Echelon 4.0C and it worked out perfectly.

Can see sights much better. I'm 61 and iron sights are getting harder to see. This has me shooting good again. I put it on a M and p shield plus 4 inch . I used the Dpp adapter plate.

My FN 509 surprisingly did not come with an adapter plate for my new Holosun. Freedom Gorilla had me covered. Solid one piece design. Fit like a glove. Would highly recommend.
