Freedom Gorilla Export Policy

Freedom Gorilla complies fully with all U.S. export control laws and regulations. It is illegal to export or re-export certain items purchased from us without proper U.S. government authorization. By placing an order with Freedom Gorilla, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and certify that you are not purchasing items for unauthorized export.

Export Restrictions & U.S. Law

The U.S. Department of State’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), and the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) regulate the export of many products we sell.

Exporting without proper authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in severe civil penalties and/or criminal prosecution.

Freedom Gorilla Does Not Export

We do not ship outside the United States. Freedom Gorilla only ships to U.S. addresses, including states and U.S. territories. We do not ship to international freight forwarders or accept international billing addresses.

If you attempt to export our products without authorization, you assume full legal responsibility.

ITAR-Controlled Products

Some products sold by Freedom Gorilla may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 CFR 120-130), which control the export of defense-related materials and data. Items subject to ITAR may include, but are not limited to:

  • Night vision and thermal optics
  • Red dot optics and optical sighting equipment

Under ITAR:

  • Items cannot be exported, transferred, or disclosed to non-U.S. persons without proper licensing.
  • You must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR §120.15) to purchase ITAR-restricted items.

By purchasing an ITAR-controlled item, you certify that:

  1. You are a U.S. Person.
  2. You will not export, re-export, or transfer the item to any foreign person or destination without U.S. Government authorization.
  3. You will not use the item for any end use prohibited by U.S. law
  4. You understand that export control laws apply even if the item is in the U.S. but shared with a non-U.S. person.

EAR-Controlled Products

Other products may be regulated under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), administered by BIS. These items may require a license depending on the destination country, end user, or end use.

It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with these restrictions.

Customer Certification

By proceeding with your purchase, you certify that:

  • You are not a foreign national or entity prohibited from receiving controlled items.
  • You are not attempting to purchase items for export without the appropriate license.
  • You will comply with all U.S. laws regarding the transfer, export, and use of controlled products.

Freedom Gorilla’s Right to Refuse or Cancel

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any order that appears to be linked to unauthorized export.
  • Inquire about the end use, end user, or final destination of any order.
