I chose this optic after doing lots of research & am very happy with it. For my needs I did not want to spend over $4-500 for an optic I would not be using in a duty situation. The solar, shake awake & battery compartment was the reason I chose this in the end. The green dot is a bit more pronounced than the red but not by much. This is a superb optic & I recommend it.

Nice site I would rate higher put problem with my eye sight I see blurry dot. If not for that this sight is a 5 star. So get eyes checked before purchase so you don't waste money.
