Part-Time Remote Customer Service
Freedom Gorilla is looking for a dedicated, part-time remote Customer Service & Tech Support professional to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about 2A and enjoy helping people solve problems, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via tickets, emails, texts, and voicemails.
- Help solve fitment issues related to our products, ensuring customers find the right accessories for their gear.
- Address and resolve order issues, from tracking down missing items to handling returns or exchanges.
- Troubleshoot shipping and delivery concerns, ensuring customers receive their orders on time.
- Provide top-tier customer service while representing the Freedom Gorilla brand.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with 2A products and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple inquiries at once.
- Experience with customer service software (preferred but not required).
