Holosun SCS 320, 20k Hr Power Reserve, Solar Rechargeable Battery, 32 MOA Circle & 2 MOA Green Dot, MRS Reticle, Delta Point Pro Footprint, Enclosed Emitter - SCS-320-GR

Wanted a direct mounting optic for my Echelon 4.5F Comp and the SCS 320 fit the bill.

Put this on my new Springfield Prodigy. Works great and looks even better!

I have two of the SCS-320 sights. One is mounted on an Sig Xten comp 10mm and the second one FN MK3 5.7.

The SCS-320 looks great mounted , one of the most stylish dot sights out there for a pistol.

Their performance is excellent with clear glass, clean green reticle and never shift impact even after hundreds of rounds of full power underwood 10mm loads.

With the solar system you can leave it in indefinitely never worry about batteries or having to power the sight up in an emergency.

The auto brightness works great on this model, never an issue even with weapon lights at night.

I’ve came to prefer this auto brightness feature for self defense as the dot is always ready any light condition. Simple/Stupid thought process it just works.

A tip If you desire a dimmer dot for sighting in U can place a small piece of tape over the solar panel and it dims to a small precision dot perfect for range time. I prefer this for sighting in, but like a brighter dot for self defense.

Overall, I had concerns buying this SCS model sight, mainly the auto brightness and rechargeable solar battery. No worries anymore those are two of the best features I see now.

The SCS320 fits perfectly with the Echelon without a base plate, mounts directly on the slide. The Green dot is crystal clear and has the ability to change the moa configuration. Absolutely love it and will be picking up a second scs320gr for my Echelon 4.0C.

Let me start off by saying I am a huge holosun fan. I own 7 of there optics. I bought this for my echelon, and it looks absolutely great. I have noticed when it is turned off that u still see the emitter slightly lit. Maybe I'm being a little paranoid were this one your not able to change out the battery. With all batteries once they go completely dead they don't come back. So overtime when this is sitting in my gun safe and not getting no light whatsoever is it really truly gonna last. I took some photos in very low light condition it was very hard to catch on my cell phone but if you look closely you can see, there is a little green dot looking through the sight with my hand blocking the other side.

I love this optic, purchased this SCS 320 after my 6 month old Leupold Deltapoint pro failed to hold zero. I did get a new replacement for DPP but I prefer the dependability of Holosun and this optic is a closed emitter. The sage dynamics review by Aaron helped me decide.

Love this optic. Own the 320 X Compact Spectre. So nice to have this optic as a direct fit (without use of any adapter plate). Have only used on indoor range thus far. Love having an MRS and the clarity is amazing. Study enough that I could use it to rack my pistol on anything in an emergency if needed. Since I have not used outdoors, I can not attest to the benefits of the closed emitter, but assume it will be beneficial in inclement weather conditions.
It is more expensive than most Holosun optics, but offers everything I need in one for my pistol’s use. Highly recommend. I am also in the process of purchasing a 320 AXG Legion to begin competition and will get another of these optics for the pistol as well.

Recently purchased the SCS 320, and first off I’d like to recognize Steve for his thorough help on the phone. He got back to me within 24-36 hours to answers questions I had regarding their company and this specific product.

Now, regarding the optic, it came with everything needed to install on my P320 Spectre Comp Blackout, everything looked good on opening the package. I had concerns about a tiny gap in the slide cut, which I was aware of prior to purchase, which is why I called to speak with someone. There is the tiniest gap back by the rear iron sights, but when the included hardware was torqued to Holosun’s specifications (blue loctite on threads, 15 inch pounds), it seemed rock solid upon mounting. Took it to the range a few days later to begin zeroing, and it didn’t budge or move or shift any after 100 rounds expended and it was rock solid. The cuts on the optic make a nice place to rack the slide from, without touching the glass.

Now, regarding the features, it is very quick to change brightness levels automatically, and I like that. I like how low the optic sits on the slide, but it seems to be just a hair taller than the iron sights, so no full true co-witness for me once I’m looking at the dot, but up until that point it is helpful to get the dot visible to me. As far as the quality of the dot or circle projected on the glass, I think my eyes aren’t quite as good as they used to be, even after having PRK eye surgery (corrected to 20/20 about 15 years ago). I noticed some blooming on the dot only on left eye, but not as bad on the right eye focus. The 32 MOA circle looks better once again to my right eye vs my left. I felt that the dot + circle was a little too busy for my tastes. The button on the left side seems well placed in that you can’t just accidentally press it, you really have to be trying to press that button to either change reticle, turn off or temporarily brighten the reticle.

Overall, 5 out of 5 for Steve’s service and help and 5 out of 5 for the optic and its features and performance up to this time. As far as longevity of the battery/capacitor inside, no one knows yet, but by the time it fails (if it ever does), you will probably want to upgrade to the newest hot optic to mount on your weapon.

The one I purchased this time is an enclosed optic it is great if you buy one that is open the lens will scratch and you will be left holding a pile of garbage and the company will not warranty it so be careful what model you buy the greedy man in corporate carefully structured the warranty because they know what kind of trash they make. The optic is just what I expected. I purchased it to go along with my Springfield echelon 4.0c comp. I did have to file down the optic screws that are too long for the slide. Once I did this the slide lay flush with zero movement on the sides. How much did I file off? Around two rings at the end of the ****. Other than that everything was just right.
