Description

The Holosun 508T X2 Green is a compact pistol green dot sight with an RMR footprint and a Grade 5 Titanium Housing.

This tough pistol optic is intended for use on full size or compact pistols and will fit any RMR footprint slide or adapter plate.

What makes the 508T X2 so special is its grade 5 Titanium Housing. Paired with its square shape, this is one of the toughest pistol optics on the market.

The 508T X2 features the MRS (multi reticle system) which gives you a 32 MOA outer ring and a 2 MOA center dot. The 32 MOA outer ring is very useful when finding the dot, and the 2 MOA dot is great for precise shots. The reticle can be configured to use the 32 MOA ring only or the 2 MOA dot only as well by holding down the “-” button for 3 seconds.

In addition to its super tough Grade 5 Titanium housing, the 508T X2 has a solar failsafe, manual and auto brightness modes, side removable battery, IP67 waterproof rating, shake awake, and 20k-50k hours of battery life depending on brightness and reticle settings.

This optic has a green reticle. Green has a few benefits:

Green reticles are less straining for the eye to see.
Green reticles can help with astigmatism. If you have astigmatism you will see a blurry dot, we have been told by a few customers that Green dots help with their astigmatism, making the dot look more crisp than the red version.
Green will not washout on backdrops like green grass, foliage, or green colors.
In theory Green dots can have a longer battery life because Green is brighter, so for example a green dot on brightness setting 6 may be the same brightness as a red dot on setting 7 - which would save battery life.

This warranty specifically applies to the metal structure, optical and illumination systems. The metal structure/housing and optical system (glass) of your Holosun product is warrantied for the life of the product under normal, personal use. Under the Holosun Warranty, the illumination system (LED), is warrantied for 10 years from the manufacture date under normal, personal use. In the event of a confirmed defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product with a Holosun product of similar type/function, and of equal or greater value. Holosun reserves the right to make substitutions for similar product/s if the warrantied model in question is no longer in production. This Holosun Warranty does not apply to: (a) asserted defects caused by normal wear and tear of any part including knobs, finish, etc.; (b) asserted defects caused by modification including; aftermarket finishes, unauthorized service, improper maintenance, acts of Nature; and (c) asserted defects involving subjective personal likes or judgments. Also, this warranty is null and void if modification or maintenance is provided by someone other than Holosun. Holosun may restrict warranty service for our products to the country from which Holosun or its authorized dealers originally sold the Holosun product. First Pistol Optic Purchase

Great optic

I wanted to try a green dot on my nest pistol, so when I had an opportunity I bought one from Freedom Gorilla. Shipping was quick and they communicated the entire time. The 508T is great too, by the way. I really seem to pick up the green just a tiny bit quicker than the red.

Holosun He508T-GR-X2

I have an astigmatism in my dominant eye and really did a lot of research before I purchased this optic. I couldn’t be happier with this optic and the sales support I got from freedom gorilla. The optic mounted right up and looks great on my CZ-P10C. I still haven’t taken it to the range but did bore sight it in and spent a few hours running dry firing drills. The reticle is easy to acquire and the green works well for picking up targets, at least for my eyes. Super happy.

Holosun 508T (Green) G26 Gen3

First I want to describe my experience with both red and green colored dots with astigmatism. With red, I definitely starburst a bit more compared to the green. However, during day time shooting neither of the 2MOA green dot or my RMR 3.25MOA red dot starbursts at all if set at the right brightness. If it was too bright, both colors will starburst, red just more than green.

Great little sight, ordered it because I had returned my 507c (Red). With astigmatism the red definitely starbursts a bit more for me. The green dot however still does starburst at night time, just not as much and more manageable.

Would recommend for someone who thinks they have astigmatism to try out the green colored sight. If you choose to try out the red colored sight and decide you don't like it because of the starburst or whatever the reason may be. Freedom Gorilla's return process is super duper easy and fast. Would order again if I purchased another handgun.

Iam very satisfied with this red dot, seems very durable and have had no issues yet. But I would like to say I am even more satisfied with freedom gorilla, I had issues with another red dot, possibly a fluke but these guys took care of my issues immediately, they got the HE508T out to me immediately, Jordan is excellent and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure during business with Feedom Gorilla and plan on using them from here on out for my optic needs. Everyone sells optics but not everyone has good customer service. They have good optics at good prices but most important they have GREAT service.
