Description

This optic is intended for use with Full Size & Compact pistols and will fit on K Series footprint slides and RMR footprint slides (using the included adapter plate). For the best reliability, we recommend mounting the EPS Full Size on a slide that has a direct RMR cut slide. If you have a pistol like a Glock MOS with the RMR adapter plate, you would need to create a “plate sandwich” to mount this optic which means stacking two plates on top of each other. In this case we would recommend eliminating one plate by purchasing something like the Glock MOS to EPS adapter plate. This will increase reliability. The MRS reticle features a 32 MOA outer ring and a 2 MOA center dot. The outer ring gives you the ability to “find the dot” a bit easier than just a 2 MOA dot, and the 2 MOA center dot gives you the precision you want.

The enclosed emitter design ensures that nothing will get in the way of the glass and emitter. Meaning whether this is out in the rain, snow, or falls in the mud, nothing will obstruct the emitter - giving you added peace of mind and reliability.

The MRS reticle on the EPS Full Size MRS can be toggled to use just the 2 MOA dot, just the 32 MOA circle, or both together.

The EPS Full Size MRS features a strong 7075 T6 Aluminum housing, IPX8 waterproof rating, solar failsafe, auto and manual brightness modes, side removable battery, shake awake, and has a long battery life of 20,000 to 50,000 hours depending on reticle and brightness setting.

Under the Holosun Warranty, the illumination system (LED), is warrantied for 10 years from the manufacture date under normal, personal use. In the event of a confirmed defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product with a Holosun product of similar type/function, and of equal or greater value. Holosun reserves the right to make substitutions for similar product/s if the warrantied model in question is no longer in production. This Holosun Warranty does not apply to: (a) asserted defects caused by normal wear and tear of any part including knobs, finish, etc.; (b) asserted defects caused by modification including; aftermarket finishes, unauthorized service, improper maintenance, acts of Nature; and (c) asserted defects involving subjective personal likes or judgments. Also, this warranty is null and void if modification or maintenance is provided by someone other than Holosun. Great optic, get the freedom gorilla screws

I’ll start by saying I’ve had and used this optic for only about a month or so and have maybe a thousand rounds with it. I have it mounted to my Springfield echelon comp and get 100% co witness using no optic plate. I would highly highly recommend using the screws freedom gorilla has for sale, I tried 6 or 8 different screws that came with the optic and the Echelon and all of them backed out after a mag or two or stripped til I used the ones freedom gorilla offers. Safe yourself the headache if you have an Echelon and just buy them with the EPS. The sight in general is great, I’ve used it in the rain on several occasions and it runs no problem. No problem at all holding zero so far (not that I would expect it to) very rugged build and I always love the integrated solar panels. I’ve seen reviews saying the circle dot warps or becomes distorted depending on which way you look at it, I didn’t experience that in any way, I think perhaps some folks don’t realize they have astigmatism. Over all there’s many optics you can go with and this isn’t a particularly cheap one but it is very solid and has many great features that justify the price.

I don’t usually write reviews for places like Amazon but from merchants like Freedom Gorilla I must. They spend allot of effort on their website to keep stock inventory live, not just take your money and get it to you when they can. They present their items they sell in easy to see key features. Their prices are competitive and what I cannot believe is they state if order before 2:00 pm, the order goes gets shipped the same day. That out the door, not just labeled created goes out a day or more later. I ordered something at 1:50 and sure enough, it was shipped OUT THE DOOR that day. We must always support our local shops even though if they are not local to our immediate area.

Fast shipping and competitive prices. I am getting used to this optic as it is my first red dot for a pistol. Zeroed in with the dot only within 40 rounds - 5 at a time. Holds well in capable hands. I like the 32 outer ring and 2 moa dot for cqb scenarios, and the dot only for precision shooting.

I believe this is the best optic for my needs. Mounted the full size EPS on my Stealth Arms Platypus, the multiple reticles are really nice. I use the circle only for USPSA action shooting, very quick target acquisition and accuracy.

I'm sure the optic will be great, just mounted last night haven't had a chance to shoot or zero it in yet. Thanks to the outstanding help from Paul figuring out and getting me the proper mounting screws. EPS on HK VP9 #8 plate M3 10mm screws fit just right. Finally is mounted blue loctite curing overnight 15 inch / lbs. Success! Thanks for the great customer service! I might have to buy another one for my VP9 long slide as well?

I know what you’re thinking. Are these guys legit? I can say with 100% certainty you will be hard pressed to find another retailer with lower prices and exceptional customer care. The Holosun EPS is a fantastic option for a closed emitter red dot. It is lightweight and durable with excellent battery life as well as a solar fail safe. I am confused about the adapter plate. I have a Glock slide machined for RMR footprint. Do I need an adapter or is it direct mount?

The EPS is a modified-RMSc footprint, so it wouldn't be a direct mount on an RMR slide.

You would need a RMR to RMSc adapter to make it fit.

However, the EPS Full-Size includes this adapter plate, so you don't have to buy it seperately.

What adaptor plate would I have to purchase if I wanted to buy your Holosun EPS and mount it on my glock19 MOS?
Does the Holosun EPS come w the adapter plate?
The glock 19 came w a pack of several adaptor plates. Is one of them the one to use to instal the EPS on it?
Or would I have to purchase a dedicated adaptor plate?

It's a great question. The EPS MRS comes with an RMR adapter plate so you "could" mount it to your RMR plate that comes with your glock MOS however you will then have two plates stacked on top of each other and the optic will sit higher. We would recommend getting this adapter plate https://freedomgorilla.com/products/dpp-glock-mos-fullsize-compact-to-k-series-adapter-plate-407k-507k-eps-eps-carry-titanium. This will let you use only one adapter plate, and will allow the optic to sit much lower.
