Use this aluminum adapter plate to easily mount the Holosun 407K, 507K, or EPS Carry to your S&W M&P Shield Plus Slide. Mount come with screws.

Please note that S&W slide optic cuts vary in dimensions. These plates are made to the same tolerances, and while they are intended to fit snugly in most slides, but there is a small probability that will be too tight. We can't control the slide dimensions, all we can do is keep our plates a constant size. The easiest way would be to make it a loose fit, but we don't want to do that.

The sight and the adapter plate themselves are perfect. The green dot sight is great for my old eyes and with the help of the cheat sheets and the guides it was really easy to select the correct sight and adapter plate for my gun. Highly recommend these guys.

So far so good.

Purchased this optic plate for a S&W Shield Plus Carry Comp to mount a Holosun EPS Carry. So far I've put about 500 rounds down the pipe without issue. The optic has been holding zero and the accuracy has been very good. Also, I'm still able to use the irons through the window of the EPS Carry, while not ideal, the co-witness does work.
