The Primary Arms SLx 3X MicroPrism in Flat Dark Earth combines the compact size and lightweight handling of a micro red dot with the added precision of a fixed 3X magnified prism optic. Designed for 5.56, .308, and similar cartridges, this model features the red illuminated ACSS Raptor 5.56/.308 Yard reticle with ballistic holdovers, wind holds, and ranging features built directly into the reticle.

Weighing just 7.95 ounces and measuring only 2.95 inches long, the SLx 3X MicroPrism provides useful magnification without adding unnecessary bulk to your rifle. Its wide 38-foot field of view at 100 yards and forgiving 2.7-inch eye relief help make the optic fast to use at closer distances while the 3X magnification provides additional target identification and precision at range.

ACSS Raptor 5.56/.308 Yard Reticle

The ACSS Raptor 5.56/.308 Yard reticle is optimized for the SLx MicroPrism and combines fast close-range aiming with useful ballistic information for longer-range shooting.

At close distances, the brightly illuminated outer horseshoe naturally draws the shooter's eye toward the center of the optic, while the center chevron provides a precise aiming point. For longer-range engagements, the reticle incorporates auto-ranging ballistic holdovers for 5.56, .308, and similar cartridges in 100-yard increments, along with 5 MPH and 10 MPH crosswind holds.

Etched Reticle for Shooters with Astigmatism

Unlike a traditional red dot, the SLx MicroPrism uses an etched reticle that remains visible even when illumination is turned off or the battery is depleted. The adjustable diopter allows the user to focus the reticle to their eyesight, making prism optics a popular option for shooters who experience blooming, starbursting, or distortion when using traditional red dots due to astigmatism.

13 Illumination Settings with AutoLive®

The red illuminated reticle features 13 brightness settings, including 3 night vision-compatible settings. The highest illumination settings are daylight bright for increased visibility in bright environments.

Primary Arms' AutoLive® motion-sensing technology helps conserve battery life by shutting illumination off after inactivity and automatically reactivating it when movement is detected. The optic uses a commonly available CR2032 battery and provides up to approximately 29,000 hours of runtime on a medium setting.

Flexible Mounting System

The included ruggedized mounting system provides 8 different mounting height and configuration options, making it easy to adapt the MicroPrism to a wide variety of rifle setups and shooting preferences.

The optic uses the industry-standard Primary Arms MicroPrism / Trijicon Mini-ACOG mounting footprint, providing compatibility with a variety of aftermarket mounts.
