AEMS PRO X2: Precision Redefined
The AEMS PRO X2 takes optical performance to the next level with an advanced optical system that reduces parallax by 50%. When you look through a red dot sight, the reticle (the dot or circle you see) should stay on target no matter how you move your head or eye. Parallax is when the dot appears to "shift" slightly off the target if your eye isn't perfectly centered behind the optic. This can make aiming less precise, especially at longer distances. With 50% parallax reduction, the AEMS PRO & CORE X2 minimizes this shifting effect. This means the dot stays more accurately aligned with the target, even if your eye moves slightly. For you, this translates to better accuracy, faster target acquisition, and more confidence in your shot—no matter your shooting position.
This model also features a new forward-facing light sensor, enabling a smarter AUTO Mode that dynamically adjusts the dot’s brightness for optimal contrast in changing lighting conditions. Here's how it works: The AEMS X2's forward-facing light sensor constantly measures how bright or dark your surroundings are. If you're in a bright area, like outside on a sunny day, the sensor makes the dot brighter so you can see it clearly. If you're in a dim or dark environment, the sensor dims the dot so it doesn’t glare or distract you. This "dynamic dot contrast adjustment" means the red dot always stays at the perfect brightness for your conditions, without you having to manually change the settings. It’s especially useful in situations where lighting changes quickly, like moving between indoors and outdoors.
Additional enhancements include:
- A new Anti-Reflective Device (ARD) to minimize glare and improve clarity.
- Flip-down protective lens covers for added durability and lens protection.
- An all-new four-post lower 1/3 co-witness mount, ensuring a secure and precise setup.
- Backward compatibility with original AEMS mounts for seamless integration.
The AEMS PRO X2 also includes Holosun’s Multi-Reticle System (MRS), offering a 65 MOA Circle & 2 MOA Dot, 2 MOA Dot, or 65 MOA Circle, and is available in Red, Green, and Gold reticle colors to suit any preference.
AEMS CORE X2: Essential Performance with Modern Upgrades
The AEMS CORE X2 offers a streamlined approach, retaining the core features that shooters rely on while incorporating the same 50% parallax reduction as the AEMS PRO X2 for enhanced accuracy. This optic is perfect for users who prefer simplicity without sacrificing performance. Key features include:
- An all-new four-post lower 1/3 co-witness mount for secure and precise alignment.
- Backward compatibility with original AEMS mounts for easy upgrades.
- A rugged and durable aluminum housing built to withstand challenging environments.
- A 2 MOA dot reticle, available in Red, Green, and Gold LED options.
Key Differences Between the PRO and CORE X2:
- The CORE features a 2 MOA dot only and does not include the multi-reticle system.
- The CORE lacks flip-down protective lens covers.
- The CORE does not have solar panels or an AUTO brightness adjustment mode.
- The CORE is constructed from durable aluminum, rather than the more robust 7075 T6 aluminum like the PRO.
Gold Reticle Options for Both Models
For the first time, Holosun offers Gold LED reticles for both the AEMS PRO X2 and AEMS CORE X2, providing enhanced visibility in various environments and expanding customization options for shooters.
