Check this out: I rarely write reviews, never complain like a Karen/Darren and I was a Brand New Customer to Freedom Gorilla.
I Ordered the SPECIFIC Plate for the Hellcat and it came with the wrong screws (TOO LONG). I followed the instructions EXACTLY. Then had to DEBATE with Freedom Gorilla over the proper **** length. I have screenshots and pictures to prove it!
If they just would've admitted it and not argued **** Length, I would've been cool because Companies make mistakes all the time. Instead, they admit their mistake 5 days later in a Random Text I got from Freedom Gorilla. By then, I was left to deal with the issue myself as they just stopped responding.
In their final Text to me, they realized their mistake (the long screws they send are a KNOWN issue) but in the end, they SCREWED Me so the ONLY thing I can do is NEVER use Freedom Gorilla again!
LOTS of other Companies sell the exact SAME Products. I will use LOTS of other Companies before I use Freedom Gorilla again.
