These Meprolight Pistol optics are pretty awesome and are in use by the IDF (Israel Defense Forces). They are also made in the Philippines and not China. 

Most models feature a 33 MOA ring and a 3 MOA center dot similar to the Holosun MRS reticle. They also have auto on and off, great waterproof ratings, and the enclosed emitter are fog proof.
