Recently purchased this plate to install a holosun optic. Installed the plate and optic with a F.A.T. wrench to the correct torque and loctite 243. Let the firearm sit for a week before taking it to the range. Noticed after about 75 rounds the optic lost zero. Stopped shooting and took it home. Disassembled and found that just the recoil lugs were badly damaged (which I believe were undersized from manufacture) as any damage is mostly limited to the recoil lugs. Reached out to customer service on 4/2. Customer service requested pictures and after sending them pictures and then having to call them the next day to make sure they got the pictures they finally responded by email and agreed to replace the optic and plate or refund. I opted for replacement. I was told they needed to 'cut new plates' and would proceed with the replacement. I sent an email on 4/3 requesting a timeline with no response. I followed up with another email on 4/10 and am waiting to see if they will respond. So far I'm not impressed with either the fit of the optic plate or the responsiveness from customer service. I figured I'd wait a week to see how FG responded to my issue before posting a review so here we are.
